ABOUT US
The Young Leader's Forum (formely YEW) was setup by the Indian Merchant Chambers in 2001. Our mission is to create a platform for young Indian leaders to build network, grow and realize their own potential. Through cutting-edge events, forums, site visits and workshops (10 every year) the forum aspires to empower provide opportunities and expose young Indians to a cross section of leadership issues. The YLF will be the youth platform most known for identifying and empowering leaders.
The YLF greatly benefits from it's association with the prestigious Indian Merchant's Chamber. In many ways, the YLF's new emphasis on 'Indian leadership' is consistent with the IMC's rich legacy of engaging and attracting great patriots such as Mahatma Gandhi and G.D. Birla as its members. Post-independence, the chamber continues its association with stalwarts, who have shaped India, as we know it today- Pandit Nehru, J.R.D Tata, Atal Behari Vajpayee and Dr. A.P.J. Kalam have all at some point graced the chamber with their presence and thought-provoking addresses.
