The purpose of this group is to instil the idea of pro social initiatives – the idea of giving back young - amongst YLF members through NGO visits, fund raisers and events.
PPP has two main areas of focus :
- Community Upliftment – provide a platform for our members to be involved in a social cause along with fellow members

Forums
Forums are smaller groups of members within the YLF formed with the intent of increasing interaction between members who share common interests or are involved in similar industries / functions.
There are currently four Forums in the YLF:
- Industry Forum: Covering areas like auto, chemicals, pharma, steel, cement etc
- FLT Forum: Covering Financial, Legal, Taxation & Insurance etc
- TIME Forum: Covering areas like Media and Entertainment, IT etc
- Infrastructure Forum: Covering areas like Power, Construction, Education, Transport, Agriculture etc.
Forums are managed by the corresponding Group Chairperson, Co-Chairperson and their team who work to plan sessions that are typically held in a closed door setting, with 15 – 30 members of that Forum interacting closely with one or more featured speaker / expert on a specific topic.
Forum members also meet in informal social settings. Members of Forums are given priority for field visits organized by the YLF that have particular relevance to their Forum.
YLF Forums interact with the corresponding main IMC Committees to address common issues and agenda items. Forums will mobilize YLF members into smaller groups giving each one the unique opportunity to truly network and generate opportunities for business creation within a particular industry amongst fellow young entrepreneurs as well as our seniors at the IMC.
